![]() So we went to reception and we had to move out at 2pm, with no help at all from the hotel. By this time I was awake and was not happy that there appeared to be an issue with the electrics in our room. We did mention the issue we had had earlier and was told that in the morning we would have to change rooms and he went. We had to let security in as the fire alarm in our room was showing there was a problem. We were very tired when we got back to our room, as we had bee up since 2am, so practically went straight to bed, only to be woken at 1.30am with knocking on the door and the phone ringing. Went down and took the card out by the door put it back in and they came back on. We were getting ready later that day to eat at Vermeer (which was FANTASTIC) my partner switched a light on and it made a sparking sound and the lights went off. There was no apology at all for keeping us waiting, which I found very rude. We ere left standing at reception for around 15 minutes before one of them decided to ask if they could help. There were 2 personnel on reception when we arrived and no one other than my partner and I there waiting.
